33cl Fles, dank hiervoor nog Marko! Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Warme alcohol, krentjes, vanille, bruine suiker, koffie, plakkerig maar niet mierzoet, gebrand, chocolade, bitterzoete boozy finish. Volle body. Lekker.

Bottle picked up from Drankgigant.nl webshop, Vlissingen, Netherlands and consumed sat outside Frank, Plattling Wohnmobilstellplatz. Friday 8th August 2025 after a fab' day at Straubing Gäubodenvolksfest and finishing off with a nice Greek meal at Poseidon opposite where we are staying by the outdoor swimming pool. Pours shark eye black with a creamy mid sized, rapidly departing light beige head. There is sweet praline, toffee also coffee, not too heavy on the brandy but it's there, creamy vanilla, and a nuttiness on the nose. Rich, smooth, indulgent, there's a nice roastiness with hints of dried fruit and maybe some licorice, finishing warmy a bit boozy with a background bitterness. Great stuff, so glad that I picked up two now.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to osprey for this one. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is semi sweet. Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. 14.5% abv. Aroma is nicely boozy with plenty of brandy barrel, dark malt, chocolate, oak, soy sauce, touch of ripe grape. Flavour is sweet with some warming booze in the finish. Fairly full body. Another very tasty Algorithm, love me a good Brandy BA.

0.33 l bottle from 'Drankgigant.nl', bottled in January 2024. Black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, light brown head. Intensely sweetish-malty, gently roasty, slightly fruity aroma of praline, coffee, raisins, brandy, vanilla and light hazelnut. Rather sweet, malty, quite roasty, gently boozy and slightly fruity taste of praline, coffee, licorice, hazelnut, brandy, vanilla and some raisins, followed by a short, quite roasty-bitter, boozy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Superb variant again, lovely brandy flavours, quite thick and smooth. Great series!
