YG 280624. Golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, malt. Flavor is pine grapefruit, malt, caramel, bred. Nice beer.

Can. A hazy golden colored beer with a dense, finger thick off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma has a wort-like maltyness in the back, with piney, grapefruity hops. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, with a good bitterness. Grapefruit, pine cones and bready malts in the flavor, almost wort-like. Lasting bitter finish. Except the wort touch it's a fine brew. 240628

330 ml can, as Rygr Loke Vestkyst IPA, from Vinmonopolet Herbarium, Stavanger. ABV is 7%. Hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of caramelized orange marmalade, a hint of pine. Hoppy flavour, notes of bitter Seville oranges and grapefruit, resinous bitter finish. Not too sweet.

Can @ home. Unclear golden body under a fine, creamy off-white head. Fine aroma of tropical fruits. Taste is smooth, sweet malt, tropical fruit, nice bitterness and a herbal touch. Balanced body and nice aftertaste. Nice, modern IPA with decent bitterness.

Drukket i solveggen på Bergstua. Mørk stråfarget. Spotlacing. Nesten klar. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Aroma av gress & tørket frukt. Smaken druer & tørket frukt. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning. Behagelig øl.

330ml can, #382, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Crocheted lacing from a stable pearl white head, hazy dark golden body. Inviting aromas of pineapple and herbal hops. Fine fruit hoppy mix to the taste character, a blend of apricot, mandarin, and stewed fruits. Fruity depth to the finish with a bitter touch of citrus peels. Like it. (Tromsø, 22.05.2024).

16.mai i solkroken om kvelden med fortsatt sydenvarme: lett uklar gylden med utmerket skum helt ned. En velgjørende ølopplevelse med halvtørr urtebitterhet og en god dose engelsk appelsinmarmelade. Deilig maltsmak i tillegg, så denne kroppen forlanger ikke ytterligere stimuli. O,33 boksen fant jeg i Verksgata.
