Half pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at Shakespeares Head. Wetherspoon Beer Festival, March 24. Clear golden body, beige lasting head, upper part lacing on the glass. Oily hops on the nose with citric moments. Ripe citrus flavours, bread, and biscuit. Mid-dry bittersweet end. Pretty good. (London, 16.03.2024).

[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading.] A straw coloured pour with a tight white head; west coast hop aroma; oily in the mouth with an immediate hit of resinous hops and grapefruit pith; then a sustained bitterness with a drying finish, and a lapping warmth in the tummy. A solid IPA.

Cask handpull at The Barrel Vaults St Pancras Clear gold colour lasting white head. Its a golden ale. Some citrus hop Lime and lemon based. Light malts. Could do with more malt to carry the beer. Finish has drying hop. Some astringency. It's OK. Not best condition. Fresh though. Just a bit harsh in terms of the citrus start middle and finish.

Craft TCR Bottleshare. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and fairly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, mildly sweet. Pine. Mild citric peel. Nibbly bitterness on the finish. Clean, okay.

Taste is well balanced, bready sweet and fruity bitter. Light to medium body. Low carbonation. Oily on the palate. Decent punch of bitterness to finish.
