330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Fading white head, poor lacing, hazy golden body. Ripe fruits and vegetables on the nose. Mixed taste of mid-tart lemon and vegetables, maybe carrot, carefully spiced. Mid-tart, drying close. Something else and okay. (Tromsø, 06.01.2024).

Gul tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter kokte gulrøtter og stenfrukt. Fruktig og sur. Smaker sur stenfrukt, passionsfrukt og kokte grønnsaker.

Bottle. A headless, unclear golden colored beer with an aroma dominated by lemon. Sort of candy-ish lemon. Some white bread, yoghurt and spices. I'm not able to identify which spices except there's a wee hint of juniper berries. It's full to medium bodied, acidic and tart, but far from intensely. Soft carbonation. Carrots obviously don't leave much flavor, it's lightly candy-ish lemon that dominates, followed by some white bread and a faint spice touch. Lasting finish. Not the most exciting beer I've had, by far, but it's very nice anyway, and very refreshing and thirst quenching. 210713

0,33 flaske på Mi2 Cardinal okt-20: klar lys strågylden med ok skum. Gulrotsmaken lot vente på seg til vi delte bunnfallet mellom oss, og utseendet forandret seg naturlligvis deretter. Gulrot, citron og lime. En spenstig og original ganerenser som jeg godt kan ta et gjensyn med.

330 ml bottle, as Drum / Harahorn / Solo Jikiun 1. edition Collab Imperial Gulrot Gose, at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.2%. Opaque yellow-ish to orange-ish colour, large white head. Aroma of juniper berries, gin botanicals and carrot juice, hints of citrus and lactic acid. The flavour is fairly sour and fruity, distinct notes of lemons, lactic acid and carrot juice, hints of gin botanicals and salt.
