This Belgian-style pale ale is our vision for a light, flavorful, refreshing, and lower alcohol Belgian-style ale. We use the addition of coriander seeds and two different kinds of orange peel to add complex citrus notes to the spicy fermentation character of our house Belgian yeast.

CBC. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit, hop and orange peel. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, spices, orange peel, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, little honey, light fruity, hay, citrus. Flavor is light sweet, malt, yeast, fruit, citrus. Medium body, lively carbonation. A bit boring. 1330516

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours hazy golden with a white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, brown sugar, caramel,yeasty, bitter sweet spicy finish.

On tap at CBC ’16. Clear golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of caramel, Belgian yeast and light fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at CBC 2016, Red session. Poured a clear straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy yeast, mineral, sweet malts. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, light slightly watery earthy hop bitter, light citrus palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

CBC2016. Klare dunkel goldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, Honig, belgische Hefe. Geschmack süß malzig, trocken, Gewürze, belgische Hefe.
