33 cl bottle. A raspberry to dark copper with a pinkish ephemerous, mostly lacing head. Saccharine, strawberry drop, bubblegum, artificial sweetener. Sweetish onset, tart, light, low body. No bitterness. Abrupt finish.

pours unclear reddish/amber. White head. Scent is older strawberry candy, damp and sweet, but not fresh and zingy. Definately lost all lambic character. Taste is sharp, light body, higher carbonation. Touch of acidity but dominated by sweetness - not too sugary though, its more of a fruity sweetness ( strawberry) which is hard to believe is all natural for sure - this thing is sweeter than eating strawberries. Rather exhausting drink, but i've had far worse in the sweetened / pasteurized lambic category, truth be told. Always a shame to see lambic being raped like this, but at least the endresult is somewhat acceptable.

Nice bubbly mediumlasting head, hazy light reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, soda powder, red berries candy, herbs, paper, dough, thyme, grass. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, dusty herbs, soda powder, paper, dough, red berries candy, paper, grass, bark, thyme. Little bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Meh!

Just a mild haze on this strawberry colour beer, very small pink head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. A thin creamy sweetness from the malts leads to a reasonably natural tasting ripe strawberry. The thyme is pretty mild but does just enough to offset the modest strawberry sweetness. A light and semi dry finish. A simple but ultimately pleasing fruit beer. I would love to see a lot more boldness in the flavours and definitely a mild tartness to enliven things, but all said and done, not bad at all.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear red gold with a pink-tinged white head. Aromas of sweet strawberry and faint thyme. Taste is more of the same. Sweet finish.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours hazy/cloudy strawberry red with a off - white head. The aroma is sweet, sugary and intoxicating.... slightly artificial, perfumed strawberry, very jammy, victoria sponge cake and so e herbal thyme accents. The taste is sweet - sour, tangy, white sugar, slightly artificial feeling, cheap strawberry jam, victoria sponge cake, gummy candy, herbal accent is more subtle and in the backdrop and the faintest hint of acidity. Finish dries out a bit. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. I like that they are trying out some more interesting flavour combos, but this is ultimately to sweet and a bit artificial. So-so.
