August 2020: 330 ml bottle, as Salamander Dagens Pils, batch #0037, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. Pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Grassy and herbal aroma, notes of German noble hops. Standard pilsener flavour, a little grassy sweetness, some sourish notes in the end. A bit more bittering hops would not hurt.

8-2-7-3-14 Bottle, #047, almost nine months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread, hay and heather, as well as herbal hops with grassy notes. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread, hay and heather, as well as some balancing herbal hops. Fairly dry finish with grainy minerals. A nicely balanced malt accentuated pilsner that's quaffable and food friendly.

Stavanger 220220. Golden color witha white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay. Flavor is fruit, malt, hay, grass, grain. OK pilsner.

0,33 flaske fra min favorittpusher i Straensenteret, hjemme etter brygging av Kittys Bacalao-øl: klar gylden med ok skum. Overbevisende pilnseraroma og -smak med god friskhet, lett syrlighet og fint preg av tyske edelhumler (florale toner, milde urter og litt gress). Halvtørr avsluting med den nødvendige mersmaken. Tar gjerne en halvliter fra fat!
