On tap at Uiltje Bar, sampler. Amber orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of lots of funk, manure, light woody vinous sourness, doesn't smell like it's intentionally Bretted. Flavour is quite sour, wood, funk, cheese, Brett, some caramel, light floral, tart finish. Medium bodied.

Tap at Uiltje Bar. Hazy brown with off white head. Strong herbs, overripe cherries, rosebuds, old oak, some overripe and then dried fruits? I don’t know, it’s pretty damn weird. Medium sweet, light sour and bitter. Medium bodied with a weird herbal bitter finish. Not my thing.

Keg at The Rake, Borough. Was expecting an Amber but on first taste it was sour and then spotted the ABV. All it says is 'Red Ale'. Meaty sweaty aroma. Dirty fruit base. More of a dark catamel brow. A frw white floaters as far as head goes. Light sour. Vinious. A bit of spice. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat. Warming finish. Perhaps not the most compex exanppe.but it does the job and slips down easily enough. Slips down easily enough.
