Together with our very good friends at Great Notion, we combined the best qualities of their award-winning Ripe with our notorious Ghost in the Machine to create one marvelous bastion of a hazy DIPA, Ripe in the Machine. The pillowy base is brewed from a multifarious bill of flaked oats, malted wheat, 2-row, and Weyermann Carafoam to add body and the slightest hint of caramel. After the Cosmic Punch yeast has worked its magic on this super-wort, we dose the 8.5% ABV beer with some of our most beloved hop varieties: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Simcoe. The cherry on top is a helping of Phantasm, a powdered extract of New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Can from Prost! bottle shop, The Wirral. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Nose is pineapple, papaya, tangerine, grapefruit, lime. Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine, papaya, lick of orange zest. Thick fruity mouthfeel which segues nicely into the finish. Finely balanced exceedingly tasty brew.

Can shared at CBJ. Cheers! Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour, fairly oaty, low bitterness, notes of lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately dry and pithy in the finish, a bit of green hop burn, a further scattering of oats. Not bad.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy, slightly soft palate, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a soft creamy sweetness. Soft pine. Good Nectaron stone fruits, slightly more Nectarine than peach. The other hops are second fiddle to this Kiwi marvel. Touches of soft citrus and a little modern Simcoe pineapple do the 'great backing band' thing. Nelson is off down the pub with his dodgy mates. Light soft finish. Yeah, a Nectaron dipa, bloody good it is to!

Can thanks to my bro. It pours cloudy golden - yellow with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is green, weedy, dank, pine dust, pineapple chunks, lemon, mango smoothie, peach, sherbet, vanilla and orange creamsicle. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - sweet, green, weedy, dank, bong rips, slightly chalky, floury bread, citrus peel, pineapple chunks, peaches & cream, orange creamsicle, papaya, floury bread and boozey warmth through the finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Tasty stuff. Rounded and flavourful.
