Weird saison. Lots of spices and caramel which I don't really associate with a saison. Like a mix between a saison and a Christmas barleywine.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Pale golden color, white head with good retention. Aroma is light yeasty with citrus hints. Flavor is dominated by yeast, floral notes and some citrusy. Fruity final with a floral mouthfeel.

Tap at Before 9. Glowing pastel yellow, cloudy, fine thick head. Lemony nose, honey. Rather sweet lemon candy flavor, a bit lactic, creamy but not really acidic. Crisp and full. Nice, bready malts. Actually quite good.

(Draught at Kaschk, Berlin, 25 Aug 2016) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, spicy nose with bread, hay and citrus. Malty, spicy taste with notes of bread, citrus, lemon peel, hay, spicy yeast, tropical fruit and a balanced grassy, spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a spicy saison character. Quite nice.

Bottle at restaurant, Bod�. The colour is hazy pale straw with a creamy white head. Aroma of lemongrass, Belgian yeast, coriander, citrus, dry hay and white bread. Similar flavour with more grass, hops and dry hay. A little dry in the aftertaste. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a balanced bitterness. A fresh, well balanced and easy-drinking saison. Lots of citrus fruit.
