It’s a lighter in alcohol but punchy in hop and body; made with Ariana and Sladek hops with a base-layer of floor malted grains, fermented agonizingly cold and krausened to perfection.

Aromas are wet grain, malt, grassy hops and a hint of barnyard. Flavors are similar to nose, hops come out more along with a bit of MJ. Good body and carbonation. Nice beer. Easy to drink more.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, abundant white foamy head, lively carbonation. Sweet, grainy aroma, white bread. Taste adds light lemon zest with the appropriate amount of dryness showing up at the finish.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh straw, grassy dry-hopping, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour has fresh floral hops, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Fresh, floral, and somewhat crisp. Very good.

Poured from an updated 16 oz can. Aroma is moderately malt forward with bready grain notes. Medium light hop notes that are floral and a bit fruity with a touch of citrus. Hints of alcohol. Pours a very clear, somewhat brilliant, pale yellow-gold with a large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers a bit thicker in the edges. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light bready grain notes. Low bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Hop notes are a bit floral and herbal with some nice citrus and fruity notes as well. Crisp, dry finish accentuates the more woody, herbal notes to to the hops. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid Italian pilsner. Really nice, fresh, sweet malt notes with clean fermentation characteristics. Good hop notes and balanced bitterness. Nice body and crisp, dry finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, bright gold with a foamy white head that did moderate lacing. Aroma of biscuit and a touch of diacetyl. Med body. Flavor of biscuit, noble hop and more diacetyl than I can enjoy. But with time the diacetyl tends to disappear due to taste fatigue, so pretty good then. Getting grass/spice but also some tangerine. Hmm? Took awhile, but I am getting into it.

Clear dark yellow body with lasting white head. Grassy aroma. Malt forward taste with a little bit of diacetyl. Pilsnery finish. Still worth seeking.
