Tap @ Buxton Taphouse. Pours Clear yellow with a White head. Bourbon, tartness. Bourbon mainly. Tart and dry finish.

Tap. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Aromas of heavy bourbon, sweet pear, citrus, light lactic, floral, lemon. Taste is lactic, lemon, citrus, vanilla, burned wood, light ash, floral, grapes, green apples. Pretty special. Not sure if its working for me.

Bottle. Crazy aroma of full on bourbon and something a little strange. Taste is very original, can't put my finger on it, feels boozier than it is. Tequila feel. Weird but fun.

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, some vanilla, yeast, bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, fruity, vanilla, lemony, lime. Aftertaste: sourish, fruity, vanilla, some bourbon.

slightly opalescent golden colour, minimal white head; aroma of lemon, dill, some mango, maybe apricot, too and woody-bourbon like notes; taste is the same with mild salty notes; very unique Berliner weisse

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bourbon, fruits, lactose acid, wood, vanilla and has a nice sour bourbon finish.
