As Dargett DIPA at 8.5% ABV. Appearance: Misted deep amber with a nice ivory-coloured head. Aroma and taste: Candied citrus fruits, pine & resin, esters, slightly toasted. A bit oxidized. Light to medium sweet, medium to heavy bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, average carbonation. Overall: An OK old-school DIPA.

Cheers Arjen K.

Murky, thin head. Diacetyl and caramel, piney, bitter, caramel and a whack of butter. Er, missed the mark a bit. 1 3 3 1 4

Bottle at Black Christmas 2018
Murky golden colour. Footy smell, moderately sweet, with orange peel. It seems it had potential, maybe it's old or it suffered on the trip to Vancouver.

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark orangey brown with a small beige head. Aroma is very offensive, with medicinally sweet caramel malts, heaps of diacetyl, no hops. Flavour matches - loads of diacetyl and medicinal caramel. No much hops. Just lots of butter and cloying sweetness. Disgusting.

500ml bottle from the brewpub in Yerevan. Pours hazy copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, sweaty hops, peaches. Taste is alcohol, grain, malt, resin, high bitterness. Can’t say I really enjoyed this one... the alcohol is too obvious.
