750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma of coriander, wheat, orange peel and some mild barnyard. Flavour is very wheaty and light orangey, with mild rustic qualities and coriander. Easily drinkable, lightly spicy and wheaty. Very good saison.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with some light fruit and a bit of backing spice. Flavor has lots of sweet grains with light spice and a bit of backing flora and Belgian yeast.

Herbs, oranges, sourish peaches, fleshy fruit, banana chips and a type of flower that i can't pin down. Real nice.

Tap at Belmont Station - lightly hazy gold - nose of lightly sweet honey maltiness, lint acetic notes and funkiness, apples, pears - flavor is medium sweet and moderately acidic - a bit of wildness and leathery notes - finish is moderately phenolic - interesting, but a bit sweet for my taste.

Draft: Poured a dirty opaque beige color ale with a large foamy head with super great retention and some good lacing. Aroma of spices and herb with great rustic malt notes. Taste is very refreshing with great notes of spices and herb (something similar to coriander stands out but I couldn’t say what exactly), some rustic malt notes and some light funky ester. Body is quite full with some very limited filtration and good carbonation. Very nice beer which I would love to have more regular access to.

A hazy orange amber ale with a thin off white head. A pleasant fruity aroma with notes of strawberry, light herbal notes. In mouth, a sweetish candy sugar, light solvent, strawberries. Oily mouthfeel. Festival Bières et Saveurs, August 29 2008.
