A: hazy golden, small, off-white head.
A: moist pepper, hay, unbaked bread, pear, apple peel.
T: sweetish apple & pear, bitter hay, yeast, lots of bread.
F: dry grassy hops, yellow fruit, yeast, pepper.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Drinkable, lacks a bit of citrusy and hoppy freshness.

A slightly hazy golden beer with a big good lasting white head. Aroma of spicy and floral hops, flowers, belgian yeast accents. Taste of herbal and floral malt, spicy hops, banana accents, moderate to high carbonation.

Little cloudy orange blond beer, big irregular creamy head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, herbal, spicy, Belgian style yeast, some barnyard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pretty fruity, pears, soft acidity, herbal, yeasty, some malts, nice! Aftertaste: more yeast, vry spicy, herbal touch, peppery, grains, somewhat sweet, ripe banana.

Bottle. Misted gold with a large white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of hay, oranges, spiced dough. Just medium bodied, high carbonation. Dryish, spicy, bitter. A bit of a medicinal note at the end I quite liked. Pretty good.

Superficial festival rating @ Rebel Beer Fest 2024. Unclear pale golden body under a lacing, white head. Aroma has malt, spicy yeast, slightly herbal and mild esters. Taste has sweet, pale malt, some kind of generic fruitiness and Belgium Saison yeast. Moderate bitterness. Balanced body with same aftertaste. Decent saison.
