Bottle. Slightly unclear yellow golden body with a small white head. Aroma is rather clean apple, apple core, hint of lemon and slightly funky. Flavor is distinct apple, a litte hint of apple core/cellared apples with a mild funky touch. Some fruity yeast and mild acidity. Balanced, slightly light bodied and fine aftertaste. Had the opportunity to sample this at the brewery at a very early stage, than again just before bottling, then from bottle when released and now this bottle in August 2018. It has develop a lot, particular since release day. It’s been quite smooth all the time, but there is more funk and originality right now. Believe there is still room for further development in a years time or so.

Vi treffer målstreken i fin stil og med feltet beundringsverdig samlet etter mange gode øl på denne sommeravslutningen for Mi2 og blir belønnet med 2 cidere fra NØ (0,7-flasker). Nesten helt klar gylden med kort skum og lett perlende munnføelse. Som Bad Apple byr den på epler og hint av stall, mildt krydret, bare litt mer av alt enn i Bad Apple.

Ryddet kontoret og fant gamle notater fra ølsmaking - Nøgne ø sammen med @vighals mai 2018. Noe uklar gul ,ed hvitt skum. Lukter eple og noe sitrus, Smaker søtsyrlig eple og noe sødme. Noe tørr

On tap at Nødingen, Zwanze Day. It's an unclear dark yellow colored cider with a finger-thick off-white to white head. It's lightly funky on the nose, with some chicken farm hints, leather and orchard, and a pleasant apple aroma. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and rather dry, yet with some residual sweetness. Apple driven flavor with orchard, apple cores and leathery funk. Lasting finish. Lots of good stuff going on in this delicious, lightly funky cider with a load of apple. 180929

Hazy pale yellow color with a bubbly small head that soon vanish. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Pleasant acidity level. Fresh and easy drinkable. Good character in the flavor. Fresh apples! Nice tasty cider!
