On tap at Nødingen, Zwanze Day. An unclear yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is quite fruity, with some citrus, hints of cooked vegetables and all things green. It's medium bodied, semi-dry and soft on the palate, with a low carbonation level. It has a light bitterness, with fruity flavors dominating. Grassy, light foresty notes and a hay-ish malt flavor. Rather short finish. An easy drinkable one, but quite uninteresting, at least for the drinking experience. 190928

Nødingen Zwanze day 2019. Golden -yellow color with a white head.Flavor is herbs, grass, farmhouse, yeast, juniper, kveik. Interesting beer, but also a little bit ordinary.

8-3-7-4-15 On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours cloudy yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Really fruity aroma with tart fruity notes of hay, wet grass, wine grapes, and apples, as well as some pale malts and minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of hay, wet grass, grapes, apples and musty fruit peel, as well as earthy malts and minerals. Different, refreshing and enjoyable.

Notert på ølfestivalen på Nibbe, okt-19: ukklar lys strågul med fint skum som varer. Duft og smak av norsk høyfjell, og med en fin einerpreget, tørr avslutning iblandet noen sylrigge urter. Servert fra fat.

On tap @ Nødingen. Unclerar pale golden to yellow body with a thin white head. Both aroma and taste feels a bit weak and anonymous, light pale malt with low bitterness, just a farmhouse hint with a touch of juniper and not very distinct kveik flavor. Medium to light bodied and short aftertaste. A bit disapointed with this one.
