Deep golden with a tall white head. Very malt forward but with plenty of spicy bits, zesty citrus and fruit notes that lift the whole thing. It comes in a bit toasted biscuit under it, too. Medium to full body. Finish is largely spiced with some black pepper and ginger that linger. very enjoyable beer.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig gouden kleur, grote witte kraag. Flink kruidig, gagel, absintalsem, flink bitter, licht bloemig, herbaal, harsig, lavendel, lange bittere finish. Medium body. Stukken beter dan de laatste paar Fantômes die ik heb gehad.

A golden beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has fruitness, fresh and dried, apricot, flowers, perfume, some lavender. Taste has strong spicyness, fruitness, apricot, flowers. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Complex and pleasant beer.

Gusher, but luckily dissipates soon. Strong, hoppy and floral, some spiciness, dry. A bit too herbal for me, but goes with indian curry like a champ. Not bad.

0,75 flaske delt på RBHD-samling på Bjørnøy juni-20: uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Appelsiner/mandariner/clementiner, ovemoden ananas og noe floralt.
