Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear dark golden colored cider, more or less still, but with some carbonation and white bubbles. It's quite matured feeling on the nose, lots of apple, some cellar hints, grass, apple cores and a touch of alcohol. It's full bodied, warming and smooth on the palate, sweet, with a hint of carbonation. Apple, overripe apple, apple pie, grass notes and some alcohol in the flavor. Hints of dried fruit. Some faint herbal notes. Lasting finish. A really delicious one, borderline ice cider, definitely dessert cider. 220930

0,7 flaske innkjøpt hos produsenten under Fridtjofens cidertokt aug-20, og delt med Kitty, Aud og Harald på Hellvik: klar, dyp gylden med fint bruseskum. Intens aroma og smak med saftige epler, epleskall, kanel og hint av lær. Vitamininnholdet ligger diskret i bakgrunnen. En sublim cideropplevelse.

Bottle. Clear golden body under a short lived white head. Strong, almost intense apple aroma, very concentrated similar to aroma from typical ice apple. Taste is strong apple flavored as well, apple juice, apple peel, sweet and ripe apple with some balancing acidity. Full bodied and strong in aftertaste with some warming alcohol. A rather bold cider, but well made and I really enjoyed this.

KØLF 120620. Golden color with some white bubbles. Flavor is apple, sulpur. Flavor is apple, sugar, sulphur, alcohol, oak. Nice cider.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 17.06.19. Clear golden mahogany. Aroma and taste of cider, apple zest, oak and dry sherry. Dry and astringent mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Aftertaste of bitter apple zest.

750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 12%. 2018 harvest. Clear deep golden to amber colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Lovely strong aroma of apples, apple peel and oak, a hint of sulphites. The flavour is medium sweet with some acidity, notes of apples, apple peel, oak and sulphites again. Hints of warming alcohol.

Nice fizzy mediumlasting head, slightly dark golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, grass, apple cores, hay, weeds. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, concentrated sour apple juice, grass, alcohol, apple cores, apple peel, hay. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, but I think I like them better with less alcohol...
