Today the forsaken recipe has been brought back thanks to the commitment of historians, brewmasters and brewers from world over. The aim of the project is to recreate a beer style that disappeared from Wrocław pubs for over 2 centuries.

Barwa jasnobrunatna, klarowne, piana jasnobeżowa, dość obfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie słodowe, karmelowe, chlebowe. W smaku słodowa podbudowa wyraźna, akcenty chlebowe, z lekka opiekane tosty, pszeniczna podbudowa wyczuwalna, lekkie nuty ziołowe od chmielu. Goryczka niska, wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciała nie brakuje. Poprawne, w zasadzie nic specjalnego, mało porywający styl.

330ml bottle. Hazy orange-brown with a frothy white head. Light bready malts and toasted grains. Taste of light sweet bready malt, light toasted grains, faint hint of fruits. Light bodied, soft smooth mouthfeel, soft-medium carb. Pleasant enough but not much to it.

Bottle. Brown colour, head does not stay long. Nose is faint, roasted and dough. Mouth is roasted, also banana, a bit of lemon. Light bitterness. Medium body, lively carbonation. Unpleasantly empty. Average.

Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Moderate sweet. Yeast, malty, herbal and a bit fruity flavor. Decent stuff.
