YG 280624. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, grass. Flavor is pine, grapefruit, grass, malt, bread, alcohol. Nice beer.

Drukket i solveggen på Lillehøgda. Mørk stråfarget. Litt uklar. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte & etterlater litt lacing. God fruktaroma. Mye eple. Litt sitrus. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

Can. It's almost clear in the glass, golden, with a nice white head. Some curtains. Piney, grapefruity aroma with a grassy hint. Some pale malts, biscuity. It's full bodied and quite dry on the palate, with a good carbonation and bitterness. Piney, grapefruity flavor, leaving little room for the malts. Some alcohol hints. Lasting hoppy finish with lots of bitterness. A nice old man's IPA indeed. 240628

Tap at Mikkeller & Friends, MBCC Week 2024 TTO - 07/05/2024 Malty and fruity with some sweet caramel support, tangerine and peachy notes, pine needles, resinous bitter hoppy finish. Nice west coast action.

Can, 6%. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, caramel and pine. Flavour is malt, caramel, bread, medium sweet, pine and medium bitter.

8-4-8-4-16 Can, #690, six weeks after canning. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is piney hops with citrusy notes of orange peel, grapefruit, stone fruits and grass, as well as malts with cereals and honey. Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, orange peel, litchi, stone fruits and grassy minerals, as well as malts with cereals and heather. Lingering piney hops, with a dry finish.

Lys brun lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter barnål og stenfrukt. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Smaker barnål, noe karamell og lyse stenfrukter. Middels lang.

0,44 boks fra VPH, på terrassen i kveldssolen: herlig forfriskende inntrykk sprer seg allerede ved åpning, før jeg kan konstatere at utseendet er upåklagelig. Citrusparade med steinfrukter og granskudd i tillegg. Crisp maltsmak. Etter noen slurker skinner jeg om kapp med solen.
