The addition of rye to the grain bill gives a beer of greater complexity
A subtle leather and toffee aroma joins flavours of spiced biscuits and stone fruits, complimented by generous additions of Mandarina Bavaria and Cashmere hops to create a well balanced amber beer.

Can direct from the brewery. It pours ever so slightly hazy copper with a thick, fluffy yellowy - white head. The aroma is oily, sappy, resinous, orange marmalade, peachy, pine needles and toffee. The taste is firmly dry, bitter - sweet, piney, resin, sappy, green, weedy, twist of citrus, marmalade and some peppery spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Decent amber all round.
