0.75 bottle. Golden bright pour, semi clear, just a lacing. Nose: elder flower, yasmine, horse blanket, apricot too as it warms up. Mouth: the body is medium-thin, citric feel, a bit sharp, tart and grapefruit.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours mostly clear, honey-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with subtle funky melon, salty pale wood, a little lemony tartness. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, fairly dry, nice salinity, restrained pale wood, decent citric bite. Super drinkable. Sound.

Keg at The Craftsman Aberdeen. It pours clear blond with a small, but sturdy white head. The aroma is dusty, musty, damp oak, funky, damp basement, hay, straw, farmyard, sour candy, fizzy, tangy citrus, sherbet and sour apricot/peach. The taste is fairly crisp, dry, dusty oak, damp hay, sour, puckering, musty, bright acidity, dried lemon, granny smith apple, fizzy white grape, gooseberry, sour melon, deep funk, lactic tang, sour candy and tangfastics with a drying, damp oak finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Works well. Nice depth and balance. Moreish.

Bottle at Bourne, pale hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are citrus and funky. Crisp and slight dry.

Bottle. Online shop. Hazed pale gold. Slim white foam stays the course. Soft lemon brett and bright oak. Pretty clean mineraly white vine fruit. Nicely bretty and lightly leathery. Taste is dry clean mineraly with some spicy leafy hop bitterness. Super easy drinking with fine crisp carbonation. Nicely oaky funky bitter finish. Good gear.
