A malty marmalade base holds hop notes of citrus, pine and stone fruits. The early caramel sweetness gives way to a clean, light, bitter finish.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Golden with a just off white head. Nose is tangerine, grass, melon, soft malts. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, mandarin, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced light juicy hop bitterness. Okay cask pale ... perhaps expected a little more from Marble.
