A Red IPA that delivers a balance between sweetness and bitterness that will send your taste buds on a journey.
Expect a Caramel, Citrus & Pine aroma, along with a Toffee, Piney Hops taste owing to the heaps of Columbus hops.

440ml can. Hazy amber red, huge frothy beige head. Aroma of caramel and toffee, pine. Taste has some very bitter piney hops up front, sweet caramel and toffee malts, some dried fruits, grapefruit peel, very assertive bitter finish. Good body too. That's exactly what I want from a red IPA. Considering this can's BB date is today I think this has held up very well.

Can split at Tilt, Bingo-Cotts Convention, Thanks to Simon 08/07/23. Reddish amber with a good sized light beige covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is caramel, biscuit malts, grass, mellow fruit esters. Taste comprises candied orange peel, dried fruits, straw, grains, brown bread, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spattered with dusty hop bitterness. Fine for the style.

Not Cotts 23. Aroma combines berries and rye sourness. Slightly opaque amber. Thick foamy light beige head. Medium bitter. Grainy. Sour edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish.
