Engineered with the principles of modulus, this IPA forms a resilient structure of hop and malt, offering a flavor experience that endures the test of exploration.
Here we have a New Zealand hops-focused DIPA, or shall we call it a NZDIPA? Funfact: New Zealand hops are usually very strong in flavor so a nice challenge for our brewers to not let it overpower our brew.
Introducing Kohatu, a hop that is also new to us, brings a sweet tropical fruit aroma, Motueka contributes crushed citrus fruit with residual sweetness that reminds us of mojitos. You know, hints of lemon, lime, and fresh herbs. The yeast, traditionally used for New England IPAs, enhances the brew with beautiful peachy aromas and a full body. Certainly a brew that welcomes any moment, elevating your mood to something more... fresh and fruity! Cheers!

Can. Murky golden pour with a white head. Big sweet candy and candied fruits with some dryness in the finish for balance. Big, smooth, too much on the sweet side for me

Can at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, play dough, grass, loose wheat, perfume. Flavour is composed of fuzzy orange, grass, waxy citrus, loose wheat, fennel, green liquorice. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, fine carbonation. Good.

Thuis uit een blik. Troebel goudgeel, eerst uitbundig wit schuim, zakt in. Fris aroma, tropisch fruit, gras, lente. Zachte licht romige smaak met citrus, bittertje. Smaakt zacht, hoewel 8%, verwarmende nasmaak. Heerlijk bier weer.

Can from Wine Reserve, Cobham. Aroma is sweet and fruity, slightly bitter edge. Peach as promised. Hazy pale peach. Delicate foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resin and booze. Stone fruit. Before a wave of sugary sweetness sweeps through. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big on multiple fronts... sweetness, booze, bitterness, etc.

24th April 2024 Can. Happy 99th birthday ma, wherever you are. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth malts, nice light level of creamy sweetness. The Kiwi hops bring a fairly obvious savoury vibe but sans any real skunk to speak of. Crisp pine. Light but bright key lime and mild tropical fruits but a nice pineapple vibe. Just a very light pinch of hop spice on the light crispy finish. Refreshing and clean. One of the better Moersleutel dipas I can recall.
