This beer was fermented and aged for three months on the pressed skins of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grape skins kindly provided by Renegade Urban Winery (based in Walthamstow, London). The natural yeasts present on the grape skins provided new dimensions to the fermentation profile typical of our house culture. The combination of these factors has produced a delightful textured mouthfeel, zippy acidity and notes of white wine, gooseberries and a touch of Brettanomyces funk.

Dullish pale. Vinous notes and it comes across with a nice peachy character. Balanced, light brett. Some good tartness in the finish. Juicy with a lot of acidity, a touch of sweetness, and again a good gooseberry, stone fruit character.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of white grape skins, moderate funk, some white grape tang, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is quite tart and acidic, with white grape skins, moderate acidity, light funk, and some toasted grains. Fairly cohesive, with a nice white grape skin character, along with funk and moderate acidity. Good stuff.

375mL bottle from Sterk. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Lots of grape skins on the nose, gentle tartness, a bit of funk on the nose. Flavour has a lot of tart, punchy grape skins, funky wild yeast; fairly juicy. Tart and punchy, really nice.

On tap at the Van Moll Fest, thanks James! Igencsak elmosódik a határ a sör-bor között, olyan intenzíven szőlős, de egyáltalán nem bánom. Fehérszőlő, kis citrusosság, sok-sok funk, tökjó

On tap at Amager Taproom Nørreport. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Slightly funky aroma with white wine and a touch of chalk. Dry and tart fruity flavour not unlike a mild lambic.
