Bottle DØE Julefrokost @ Aarhus Bryghus. Pours amber with a light brown head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light bread, fruity hops, light pine. Flavor is sweet and light bitter, malty caramel, bread, fruity, citrus, piney. Medium body, average carbonation. 131216

Mørk brun rødlig med høyt beige skum. Lukter røde bær, brent karamell og noe animalsk lukt. Middels fylde. Starter søtlig maltig, brent sukker, mye bitterhet men den er ikke så lang. Noe salt. Kjenner alkoholen.

Tap at Beer Geek Bar. Rich, intense, complex. High bitterness, also citrusy zesty hops flavour and aroma. Also high malty toasted caramelly sugary base. Light alcohol - appropriate level. Warm, full bodied impression.

amber/rood met volle kaki volle kraag. aroma van mout en caramel, verder wat beperkt. smaken zijn matig tot redelijk zoet, graan, alcohol, zwak bitter, flink moutig, wat kruiden, matige body, lange moutige afdronk maar verder totaal niet bijzonder. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ho! Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, alcohol. Fra flaske på Cardinal DSJT nov-16: klar rødlig kobber med flott skum. Krydret julekake, furunål snev av pepper. Flott bitterhet og i den lange ettersmaken er der også litt bærsyrlighet og mer urunål.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small white head. Aroma is dry pine and herbal hoppy. Sweet, solid hoppy and grapefruity. Dry and hoppy. Smooth and solid hoppy pine finish.
