Can @ Patricks. Almost clear deep golden to amber body under a big, creamy, lacing tan head. Aroma has malt and a herbal touch. Taste is sweet malt, herbs, moderate bitterness. Finish ends quite dry and feels slightly bitter-sour. Not very typical Belgium style this.

Can, at Patrick's. A bit unfinished yeasty, with nice maltiness. Dark dried fruit, bread, toffee and some banana. Generic fruityness, some piney hops. Sweet, but far from cloying, with a good carbonation and enough bitterness. Dryish finish. Decent. 646413 260618

200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Covering beige head leaving lacing rings down the glass, clear amber-copper body. Rather sweet aromas of vanilla caramel and dried fruits, promising. Quite similar taste of caramel, dried fruits, and a coffee note. Malt-fruity ending with a note of tartness to it. Quite alright, a bit unbalanced though. (Tromsø, 31.10.2024).

Notater fra oktobermøtet i Mi2, hvor vi startet kvelden med denne fra fat: lett uklar kobbergylden med ok skum. Noe beskjeden aroma med syrlig kaffe, karamell og vanilje. Småsur smak med lite dubbel-preg, syntes jeg - for mye syrlighet og for lite malt? Varmer i magen men ikke i sjelen.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Reddish colour, small white head. Aroma of brown kandij sugar syrup, caramel, mild coffee and vanilla. Flavour of dark dried fruits, brown sugar and vanilla, a hint of mild coffee.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy copper with off-white head. Aroma of bread, vanilla, notes of coffee. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness and some sourness. Thin to medium bodied.
