Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Craft n Draft in Shoreditch. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fizzy, white head. Like many of the T&T saisons, this is very good and close to excellent. Nice juicy lemony tartness, soft pale wood dryness, low acidity, a little melon, salty bite. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Tidy finish, touches of white grape, lemon, more saltwater, light tartness, mellow quenching dryness. Solid overall.

Danke an minutemat. Spritziger, hell hefiger Beginn, leicht säuerlich. Mild hellmalzig, feinperlig, geringe Bitterkeit, komplex. Zunehmend trockenes Mundgefühl, mittelstarke Würzigkeit, kräutrige Beinoten. Gut. 10/11/11/11/12/11

375ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours a misty yellow, frothy white head. Bright, fresh, floral saison aromatics, light white wine. Crisp on the palate, with a thin, light carbonation. Good saison character, a touch peppery, with a gentle white wine integration introducing a welcome sweetness to proceedings. Nice.

Bottle from Moonshine Billy's off licence Ramsgate. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Pretty straight down the line saison with some sweetness in there. Some white peppery hop. I liked it enough. Some drying hop on the finish. Pretty straight up but fine. initially a 3.5 then as the bottle went down it went up to a 3.6
