375ml bottle. Beer Central. Looks like a NE TIPA. Solid orange with a beautiful thick glossy lasting white foam. Nose has sweet plum and yellow gage. Twang of sweet white grape. Nice bright shoe leather funk. Taste is sharp tart and fruity. Like stewed rhubarb and plum compote type of thing. Foamy juicy mouthfeel. Juicy tart finish. Class.

Mycket mycket gott

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Fruity plum and hints of grape. Taste: Barnyard funk, lot of fruity sweetish and tart plum and some grape, vinuous notes, hints of grape skin, oak wood notes. (Still) quite some sweetness for a Lambic. Light to moderate tart and light sweetness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Still pretty carbonated for this style. Dry mouthfeel. Nice blend, well balanced.

2023 harvest Very good, bit fluffy greyish white head over hazy orange-golden beer. Dusty, horseblanket, quetches, mirabelles (indeed!), straw, plumjam (if not smelling sweet). Quite sour, lactic acid, fruitacids, plums being very plausible. Sour unripe fruit, farmyard. Finish has all the fruitacids and -esters. An extra flavour as from sour appleskins. Lipsmacking acidity, acidburn and -thinning, good carbonation. Nice, if severe.

Bottle @ home. Unclear golden body under a fluffy white head. Nice funky aroma with citric fruits, plum, grapes, lemon, mild wood, red berries and some leather. The taste is quite smooth with a tart edge, pleasant funk, subtitle fruits, grapes, wood, lemon, mild vinegar and a hint of leather. Nice balance in flavors and body with a long-lasting elegant finish. Very nice indeed.
