Roll up and follow the Cavalcade to Kiwi overload. Delicate Brett funk unites with fuzzy acidity and tannins of the kiwi. Tropical fruit, fresh tangerine zest and Brett barnyard lead the call. Super dry and surprisingly delicate leaving you spellbound in a magical procession of funk. A blend that alters the parade route for fruited sours forever.
Kiwi Cavalcade - A clarion kiwi call.

Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Hazy golden with a ring off white head. Aroma of lactic funk, oak, citrus and vinous notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and heavy sour. Medium bodied with a lactic sour burn and soft carbonation.

Keg at BD TH, 07/06/19. Hazed yellow to light orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is sharp citric rinds, on the turn kiwi fruit, acidic nostril tickle, pear drop, funk. Taste comprises tarte fruits, acidic bite, damp hay, green berry skins, wood must, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with quite a sharp puckering bite at the climax. Decent.

Keg at Brewdog angel. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is punchy sharp citric, prickly, smoked pear, lime juice, super sharp, some earthy funk in there as well. Flavour is composed of super sharp puckering, citric acid, prickly, hints of kiwi in there but overwhelmed by lime juice and citric acid, prickly pear and grapefruit. Palate is sharp, acidic pucker, moderate carbonation, drying finish. Dusty finish. Lingering key lime pie.

Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours hazy right golden with a small white head. The aroma is punchy, tart, bright, citric acidity, citrus peel, funky, must, barnyard, kiwi cheesecake, light vanilla and topical fruits. The taste is crisp, dry, bright, tart, puckering, good kick of acidity, sharp tangerine, blood orange, kumquat, sour kiwi, lime sherbet, lactic character, hint of key lime pie, light oak and sour candy with a puckering sherbet finish. Medium body and fine, prickly sharp. It is no doubt tasty, but perhaps a bit too sharp/acidic. Spot on for a 3rd, but not sure if i could drink a few in a row.

Keg at BrewDog Leicester. Golden yellow, quite hazy. Lime juice, a touch of tropical fruit in the aroma. Taste is incredibly tart. Almost (but not quite) unbearable, but I'm getting more hard citrus than kiwi or tangerine. Oesophagus-lining-stripping sourness in the long finish. Just enough carbonation to give it more pizazz. Not the best sour I've ever had but it's very good.
