A collaboration with Birrifficio Dada from Moderna in Northern Italy, this beer was brewed to celebrate the second 'Moor Arrogant' festival here in Bristol.

Brewed with a unique blend of Malts including Oatmeal to give a real breakfast time aroma to the beer, we then hopped it with Mosaic and Calypso hops to be reminiscent of the Blueberries and Papaya that you might have on top of your porridge.

Cask at the Vanbrugh Tavern Beer Festival, Greenwich, my birthday bash, 2015. Honey coloured pour with a white head. Rich tropical fruit aroma with a splash of pineapple and peach. Bags of sweet juicy fruit in the flavour. Very nice indeed!

At the Small Bar, Bristol, 2/7/2015. Deep gold in colour with a slight, white, head. Citrus and tropical fruits, some grassy hops, crisp and slight biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Pleasant drinking.

Bottle from Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. Hazy amber with a slight, off-white, head. Aroma of both tropical and berry fruits, with some grassy hops and hob nob malts. Flavour had a touch more fruit upfront, crisp malts and a big and lingering, bitter, finish. Enjoyable.

660ml bottle, which is nice. Curious Hop, Otley. Colour of blood orange. Thin, sticky, lasting, white head. Sweet, fusty, bready malts. Ripe strawberry. Tinned strawberry. Bit of walk in the woods pine. Taste is smoothie sweet. Turns herby, resinous bitter. Fair amount of dryness. Decent body. Bit fizzy, though. Finishes floral sweet, and long, fruity, resinous bitter. It’s good, but I think I expected more juiciness.

Old Fountain. Cask. Hazy gold - amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Smooth malts bring mild sweetness. Bitter hops! Floral bitterness, a little resin, mild tropical fruits. Touches of pine and juicy orange. Light finish. Full on hoppy cask APA. Pretty tasty.

Bottle at Moor, Bristol, Saturday 30th May 2015 in company of Lynn and Barry Hazy amber going to dark gold with a white head. The aroma is fruity and I detect a little exotic fruits amongst this but couldn’t tell you what they were. Supremely hoppy in the mouth and fruity, nice fruity bitterness with a good lengthy bitter and drying finish. Loved it. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
