You’ll think summer has come early with every sip of this refreshing Radler.

Stepping away from our usual sour style, this collaboration with Brewtoon is a light and fruity fusion of zesty lemon, tangy grapefruit, and sweet pineapple brewed to a super sessionable strength. Saphir hops round out the flavour adding a hint of citrus and subtle floral notes.

First beer in the new palce - going lightly, given the temperatures. Slightly hazy pour with a small white head. Aroma is candy, grapefruit, pineapple, a hint of sweet bread. Taste is graefruit, pineapple, lemon, herbs, slightly bitter finish. Not bad for the style, but the taste could be slightly bolder.

Can from Tesco. Hazy yellow with a short-lived white head. Lilt up front (albeit with more pineapple than grapefruit). Coconut in the middle. Bitter lemon to finish. There's a maltiness from the beer behind that doesn't quite go with the fruits - like many radlers it feels like it'd be better without the beer. It's ok though; quite refreshing on a warm day.

Can from Tesco. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of lemon, orange sherbet and pineapple. Flavour of pineapple and lemonade. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Tropical and refreshing.

Keg at Sonder, Broadstairs, 19/03/2025.
Pale yellow topped with a white head.
Nose is pineapple, pina colada, soft malts,, straw.
Taste comprises lemonade, grass, pineapple, lychee, modest grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent refreshing Radler ... pineapple lingers a little too much for my liking.

330ml can as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Light gold and hazy with a large but quickly dissipating white head. Pineapple in the aroma, some grapefruit, a little Sprite-y. A bit boring. Taste is quite an improvement, lots of lemon and tropical fruit. Very sweet but it isn't over the top. Light body with shitloads of carbonation. A reasonable radler.
