On tap at 't Brugs Beertje Brugge. Light haze orange gold colour lasting off white rocky head. Farmyard funky aroma. Moderate intensity. In the mouth More intense sourness . Sour rhubarb flavour kicks in on the finish. It's not overly sour. The fruit is good. Proper real rhubarb. The amount of fruit must be huge. The blending is excellent.. not as sour as I was expecting. Still proper funk. Quite an easy drinking lambic considering some I've had. Good beer.

Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is harsh, earthy rhubarb. Taste is sharp, tart, mildest possible sparkle of CO2. Dry, bit woody, intense. Earthy. Pretty good.
Fajnovy lambik. Trochu kysely, hodne divokych eteru.

Direct from the barrel. Dull blond colour. Mild sharpness. Subtle rhubarb. Growing dryness in the finish.

At Billies 2024. Clear deep golden, no head. Funk, lots of rhubarb, oak, dry sour wheat. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Flat.

Bottle. Hazy golden-orange color with white head. Aroma is rhubarb, nice barn, earthy. Taste is the same, good earthiness, leather, mild bitterness. Nice!

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, earthy tart rhubarb, and a hint of acidity. Flavour is moderately funky, with earthy tart rhubarb, tart citrus, moderate acidity and a really nice barnyard funky. Moderately funky, somewhat acidic, and earthy. Real nice.

Poured from 750mL bottle (blend no. 121; season 21/22). Lightly hazy yellow gold with small white head. Nose is decent, but amazing taste. Funky, sweet rhubarb and stone fruit galore, excellent.
