Can drunk 5/12/23. Clear, deep, waxy-golden. Large, white head, fulling falling to edge quickly. Nose is sharp grain, a bit of glue, maybe some alcohol, very inelegant, forceful, whitebread-and-corn-like malt sugar. Same flavors of sharp alcohol and goopy malt with unrefined sweetness and grainy edges. Corn, glue, alcohol. A real nitemare, this one.

Dark gold with a large foamy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. Tangy, malty and sweet with a light fruity hop note . Medium finish and body

500ml can from HomeBrewStuff. Clear golden, ample white head, lively carbonation. Malty aroma, sweet. Taste is bready, malty, sweet. Pretty simple combo brought together by a nice full, creamy body.

Draft/Fest. A- Grains. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grains, faint citrus essence. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- A bit light color it seems for a festbier. More of a helles or something. Lots of straw and grains and not very malty. Meh.

4 pack at home. Seems early for this to be coming out. Clear golden orange and frothy head. Nose is floral, cereal, orange. Tastes of orange, grainy, metallic, florals. Chewy mouthfeel. Odd aftertaste.

Clear golden coloured body with a thinnish off-white head that starts off at about two centimetres tall, but fades to just a thin layer after a few seconds. Aroma of subdued and grainy malts with a hint of specialty grains that are obtuse and a bit earthy with a nice fresh caramelised sugar and toffee bite towards the end of the nose, all with a crisp breadiness and yeast quality. Light-bodied; Crisp malty, nutty and earthy notes show at first with a little bit of caramelised sugars with a candy-like finish, but the lager yeast is noticeable with some dry and assertive grassiness and a dose of flowers at the end. Aftertaste shows some dry and crisp grainy elements with a definite nutty and earthy bite that shows some rustic floral and herbal flavours, but a relatively concise blend of malt and hops with a tiny bit of sugars peeking their way through as well. Overall, a nice and robust, fairly earthy, but completely dry marzen that borders on the light side of things with a nice traditional feel. I sampled this 50 cL can, purchased from Giant in Alexandria (Potomac Yard), Virginia on 08-October-2021 for US$1,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 15-October-2021.
