Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty. Taste: Malty, sweetish, white sugar notes, yeasty notes. Over moderate sweet, light bitter hoppy backbone. Fruity hints of yellow fruit and stone fruit. Tasting ok, but why did they use lactic acid and ascorbic acid (as stated on the label)? Medium body, just below average carbonation.

Bouteille 33cl achetée chez Otera. BB 07/2026.
Dorée, pâle, col blanc épais.
Arôme sur un bouquet ester belge, bananes, touche épicée rappelant la coriandre avec une pointe un peu persillée en retrait.
Palais sur une base belge de triple assez bien ficelée – note de banane, pomme avec un appui délicat de coriandre – finement herbacé avec un effet nectar/mielleux adouci en fin de bouche qui tranche bine avec l’amertume du houblon.

Bottle sampled. Slight hazy light golden. Sweet malts, yeasty, sugar, apricot, alcohol, wheat, light herbal. Solid sweet, light bitter. Over medium bodied. Decent tripel.

330ml bottle from Carrefour, Hazebrouck. Pours a misty gold, good white head. Doughy sweet triple character with a nicely bitter alcohol prang at the end. Really good.

Bière 75 cl bue chez des amis. Robe dorée trouble. Nez spécial, épicé. Bouche étrange, une note épicée ? Coriandre ? Étrange, pas horrible mais pas non plus très bon ! (M)
