Can. HOTM. Saison innit? Pink tinged gingery gold. Slim firm white foam. Looks boss. Nose has wheat. Soft yeasty notes. Raspberry purée. Bit of sweet ripe citrus. Taste is semi sweet with a nice raspberry sharpness. Hugely chuggable as you’d expect. Fine rolling carbonation sits nicely. Light tart raspberry finish. Class.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours clear pink-red with a modest, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with relaxed, lightly tart raspberry, nips of lemon, funk. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean finish, lightly quenching, with modest acidity, more tangy raspberry, subtle seedy bitterness. Really well balanced.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy deep amber/pink body with a light pink head that fades. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of raspberry and oak. Flavour of bitter lemon and tangy raspberry. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. This is a fantastic, summery beer.
