Light, refreshing and subtle, a perfectly balanced blonde beer brewed in the Northern European style. A careful blend of four malts, coupled with European and American hops, deliver an easy drinking ale with light malt character and powerful citrus aroma.

Clear and golden with a frothy / creamy white head and a soft lemon biscuits aroma. Soft and smooth, very mellow citrus and biscuit malt flavour, a touch of bitterness and a dry bittersweet finish.

Cask @ Glebe, Stoke-on-Trent. Clear golden with a small head. Dry and hoppy, but is enough. Very mild fruitiness.

Hand-pulled half-pint on 14th September 2024 in the Cock Hotel. This appears to have replaced their regular Blonde offering as I have seen this in a number of their pubs recently but not the original. Anyway it's a pale amber colour, clean and clear, on top a white foaming head. Citra hops rule the aroma and taste, more subtle than 'in your face'. It's a run of the mill sort of citrussy blonde.

[Cask at the Rose & Crown, Ludlow.] A slightly hazy pale amber pour with a loose white head; citrus aroma; smooth grainy body with a citrus taste; and a crisp lemony citrus finish. Refreshing.

Cask @ Henry Tudor Inn. Pours a generally clear gold, medium white head. Nice blonde, soothing malt sweetness, mild Citra presence of course, but quite decent.
