Brewed with our dear friends from Wildflower. We used some wheat from Gothelney Farm, a population of many different modern wheats, all grown together with minimal intervention. Motueka hops and to ferment the beer, we used some mixed culture yeasts from both breweries.

Keg @ Admiral Benbow. Pours a misted gold, small white head. Doughy brioche notes join with a soothing saison sweetness mingling with myriad mixed ferm elements, just prickly enough, wonderful balance. Magical.

Can. HOTM. As Burning Sky / Wildflower From the Farm. Beautiful beer this. Hazed deep orange with a well appointed lasting lacing white foam. Looks good enough to drink. Nose has wheat. Slightly weird but not unpleasant dusty yeast notes. Some ripe orange. Pretty herbal. Light minty notes. Taste has an initial fruity sweetness. Nicely tangy with a citrus bitterness. Clean and bright and tangy. Brisk fine carbonation. Moderate bitterness to finish. Nice.
