[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Slightly hazed golden orange with no head. Funky, very nice.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Dark amber pour with reddish hues, fizzy head then flat. Tart pineapple aroma. Taste is pineapple, super tart with some hints of caramel.

16oz Can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 24. Cheers Simon for this. Paired with one of Mike's home-made pickled eggs in lambic. Hazed deep gold appearance, good off-white head. Lovely smooth pineapple character, slightly prickly wild saison base. Nice.

29th April 2024; Monthly Beer Share in Chez Sophie (Shrewsbury), five guys and loads of beer! 473ml can, misty golden pour, off-white head that soon turned 'wispy'. semi-sour pineapples flow through this.

Hazy, amber. Light tartness...okay it's actually fairly acidic. The pineapple comes across in a variety of ways, including stone fruit. I kind of like the idea of this beer.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle pineapple, rustic saison yeast, and mineraly notes. Flavour is full of bright pineapple, rustic saison yeast, and some oak. Pineappley but not particularly complex. Decent.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy golden. Aroma: lambic's funk, oak. Taste: almost flat, lots of funk, smooth. Overall: very nice try for a Canadian brewery.
