Le cidre Brut Tannique s'impose comme une véritable icône de la cidrerie Bayeux. Travaillé avec des pommes normandes de caractère et fermenté trois mois, il séduit par son goût à la fois puissant, fruité et acidulé. Sa subtile amertume en fin de bouche lui confère une belle fraîcheur et en fait le parfait allié des apéritifs.

250 ml bottle. Pours a golden color with lots of carbonation. Aromas of dried apples. Flavors of baked apples and a bit of apple spice.Has some depth. Nice enough.

25CL bottle (finally small cider in France), darker orange colour, no head. Aroma is sweet, fruit, apple. Taste is the same, not bad.

Bottle. Clear dark golden. Sweet apple, light funk, leather, green apple, apricot. Bit over medium sweet, light bitter. Solid medium bodied. Decent.

75cl bottle watching Wimbledon on TV. Pours a rusty orange. Caramelised apple fruit on the nose. Taste brings caramelised fruit, apple pomace, subtle tannin with a soft spritz. Good stuff.
