Mooch tasting, courtesy of the gang, can
Black colour, no head. Aroma od chocolate, earth. Good body, it's off-dry (at least, not as sweet as the recent trend, more European), cacao, interesting fruity notes (subtle). Very good.

16oz @ Matt's new place. Appearance: dark brown with a huge dark beige head. Aroma: dark chocolate, a bit of sweetness, some seeds. Taste: quite dry, almost no sweetness, moderately roasty. Overall: old-school stuff.

Dark brown. Thin head. Aroma leans fruity, figgy, with some roast to it. On the palate, has an oaty body, smooth, and lots of roast. Light fruitiness, lending a bit of complexity. Nice sort of old school impy character.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 09/25/22). Near black with small beige head. Nice roast malt character, classic non-adjunct imperial stout. Enjoyable.

16 oz. can, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of big roasted malt, oats, and some cocoa. Flavour is loaded with oats, moderate roasted malt, moderate bitterness, and a hint of dry cocoa. Very hearty -- those oats are showing very nicely. Excellent hearty impie.

16 oz can shared by tfontana, thanks. Aroma shows day old diner coffee, soft chocolate. Flavor is roasted grain, barely, caramel candy, and so,e bitter coffee round it out. Well constructed stout.

Can pour from The Beer Store, Salem. Typical look with finger-width light brown head and nice lacing. Aroma is earthy roasted malt, toffee, mild chocolate. Taste mirrors aroma. Mouthfeel is smooth, thick. Decent strength and well made but not my favorite flavors.

Tap @ Blaze, Bar Harbor, ME. Pours a hazed black with a small tan head. Roasted malts come through nicely on the nose, perhaps a hint of liquorice. Continues to taste with additional dark chocolate and a robust woody side to it, good full body. Not bad.
