375ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Misty golden yellow, thin white head. Tart, vinous grisette with a nice Chardonnay grape presence, very delicate natural carb, lovely light sipper.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's Vauxhall, London, 29 May 2022) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, herbs and slightly funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lemon, grapes, yeast, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and quite interesting, with lots of herbs and a fresh acidity. Very nice.
