Clear golden with a white head. Floral, lightly funky, peppery, rosemary, thyme, and some barnyard bites. Some citrus pops in the finish along with lingering herbs. Bright throughout. Really lovely pour. (Bottled June 2024)

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: peppery malts, spices and funk. Taste: plenty of pepper and spices. Peppery palate.

Tons of pepper, some funk. More funk in taste with a lot of pepper of course. Works well together. Good one.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas for the Olambic Games. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Tons of pepper on the nose. Flavour has a ton of pepper, but only a bit of funk. This is excellent, the pepper expression is exceptional.

Sour and dry, peppery, smooth, rich, very nice.

Funky, spicy and peppery with some tartness and stingy sourness, some floral earthiness and farmyardy yeastiness. Quite balanced and tasty, just the right amount of pepper.

Bottle @ Moersleutel-investors-pallooza. Pours a hazy golden body and no head. Aroma's: very herbal (rosemary?), sourish. Retronasal it's sourish, herbal, peppery. Flavour is moderate sour and light bitter. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, light bitter.

Bottle at Piggy Palooza. Slight hazy golden. Lime leaves, pink pepper, sweet malts, sage, light funk, zesty. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied, bit thick feel. Nice!
