(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 17 Nov 2023) Hazy golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, grass and honey. Fruity, tart taste with yellow apples, grass, honey and a generous, slightly harsh, acidity in the finish. Medium body, fairly dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

500ml bottle shared with Soph. Misty golden yellow appearance. Lovely natural still cider, subtle tannin but nicely fruity with good juicy moments.

BIAB at GBBF: Poured a hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is pungent apple. Taste is crab apples with sliced mixed. Not horrible.

BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, no head and aroma of gluey apple. Taste is mellow, sweetish, apple core and skin, light barnyard funk, with some drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

ABV: 6.5%. Light unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, light tannins, farmyard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, apple skin, apple core, red apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20190808]

8/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with an orange tint and minimal head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.
