Mild Thing, you make my heart sing,
You make everything groovy.

This mild ale is full of flavour and delivers a smooth and delicate hop finish - but without any wild rumpus or guitar smashing antics.

Bottle from Bury Lane Farm Shop. Medium brown. Cloudy. Thick light beige head makea a concerted to escape the environs of the glass. The srom's sour berry streak provides a balance to the creamy sugared coffee. Underlying malts. Tangy berries and bitter coffee. The aroma suggested sweet elements that are then not present, other than some Willo o'the Wisp encounters.. Light-medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Punchy not so Mild.
