A 500ml bottle brought from Frome's monthly Sunday market. This is a farmhouse saison rather than the style listed here. A very good one too, pours amber with a white head, slightly sour with earth, herbs & citrus. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 2026

Can from the brewery online shop. Appearance - bright orange with a very slight haze and a big, creamy head. Nose - sweet spice, bread and candied lemon. Taste - orange, floral, sweet spice and white bread. Palate - light to medium bodied, tangy middle and finish, with decent linger. Overall - best so far from these guys.

Fra cask på GBBF aug-19: uklar korngylden med flott skum som varer. Deilige kryddertoner sammen med overmoden citrus, karameller og litt stall/vissent gress.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth light palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Slightly dry pale malts. Floral mid. Light floral citrus. Light finish brings some ripe orange and soft bruised pink grapefruit. Inoffensive and drinkable.

Cask gravity at the St Albans Beer festival 2018. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white. Aroma is spicy orange citrus, doughy wheat, saison yeast,. Flavour is semi sweet, orange rind, wheat. Numbing orange oil. Palate is little flabby wheat, decent cask condition. Not bad.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 4/89/2018, where the pump clip stated this is a saison. A touch of floral hop, peppery touches, yeasty stone fruits, chewy malts and a moderately bitter finish. In the ballpark for the style, but not a beer I would rush to drink again.

Cask at the Reading Beer Festival. Amber. Melon aroma gradually descending into banana and marzipan. After initially liking it I soon went off it.
