Small sample, golden. Small, aroma sake yeast. Light, not much, taste is the same, fruity, dry, strong, alcohol. Ok

Bottle. Golden color. Malt, hints of yoghurt, floral notes and Rice in the aroma and flavor. Sweet with a alcohol buren. Raison, dried fruits. Odd but drinkable.

Head gone in seconds flat; clear yellow-orange beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Sweet, dried oranges, curaçao, apricot, apricot/other fruitliqueur, wild yeast, and effeminately perfumed. Really bitter overtones, but not hoppy, more like biting in orangepeel. Finish is more neutral - and empty. Again a bit wild yeast impression. Light body, undercarbonated, CO² as all knocked out on pouring. Perfumey-sweet, strange bitterness, falling dead. Not a success, this.

Hazy pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma is quite grassy and also has some citrus peel. Flavour has some bitter citrus elements too. Weird kind of perfumed yeast too. Pretty heavy in alcohol but doesn't match up in depth of flavour.

3 February 2019. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Hazy ochre with a lasting, thin, frothy, off-white head; little lacing. Intense aroma of orange peel, mango, canned peach, lime, lychee, green tea, sake, young cheese, spring onion. Taste is medium fruity sweet, lots of orange, peach, subtler notes of kiwi & lychee (as from a can), supported by a (white) bready malty base & early hint of alcohol; light to medium spicy bitter middle offers vague notes of grass & pepper, a bit herbal, rice-like perhaps. Slight sourish touch of lemon & lime before finishing dryish, floral hoppy, with vague spices, canned fruit & warming, but sharp gin-like alcohol. Medium body, slick/oily texture, soft carbonation. Interesting brew for sure, but needs a thicker palate for that amount of alcohol, and perhaps more depth in taste too.

Bottle @ home shared with Joes. Unclear orangy color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly a touch of dairy / yoghurt (not in a bad way) and a sweet-sourish fruit note, a bit alcoholic, but after looking up the ABV I would say "quite well hidden". Light floral note in the background. Interesting brew. Ok beer. Bit weird, bit interesting, ok. 7-3-6-3-12=3.1.
