Keg at the brewpub. Hazy-opaque gold. Thick foamy white head. Aroma is grainy. Some fruit. Flavourwise it's fruity with a bitter tart edge. Soapy. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. OK.

Nose is papaya, melon, light breads, grass.
Taste comprises faint lime, mandarin, lychee, soft malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow light juicy hop bitterness.
Passable affair ... a little sweet and lacking the bitterness I crave.

Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2019 - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a light, foamy white head. Pretty tasty, with notes of pale bread, citrus fruits, melon, low bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pleasant citrusy finish.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190806]
